This was actually an enjoyable episode. Didn't need to be an hour long.

Strongly disagree. Minimal laughs, about half an hour of fluff and fast forwarding the agenda for the next few episodes, likely Jim staying put to be with Pam, Angela professing love for Dwight, Andy finding himself outside the office, Jim within. It was really piss poor overall. If you enjoyed the episode and you're a nostalgic sap, I'll give you a pass. If you think that was clever/cutting edge writing, you have terrible tastes.

Is there any doubt now that Dwight winds up being the father of Angelas baby and they end up getting married?

I will always love the office, but I can still be disappointed.

Guy, its The Office, a silly half hour comedy. Not Shakespeare. Not The Wire.

There's nothing wrong with wrapping up characters that people have followed for almost a decade, with happy endings.

Enjoyed it because I know it's ending. No matter how much its dropped off I will still be sad to see it go

These comments are based on the product that is rolled out compared to what it once was. My comments would not have been negative for earlier episodes, which were brilliant. At least'The Convention' is on at 10. If I watch that , it might help me forget about the hour-long piece of shite I just watched.

You sound like a miserable human being.

Didn't say it was clever or cutting edge. After watching this show for a decade, I'm liking the ending to these characters for the most part. That's what I meant. I enjoyed it. This show hasn't had clever writing in a while, but this is so much better than what we had to endure last season that I'm fine with it.

Guess so. I'll have that pass now.

I think the whole point of them showing Pam in the women's bathroom listening to Jim and Darryl was to foreshadow Pam finally realizing that she needs to suck it up and go with Jim. That was a long sentence.

I did like how even an annoying character like Andy managed to get a good send off. I am assuming that may be the last we see of him. Maybe we will see him in the Finale.

She heard him say he wasn't going because of her. They're obviously setting things up for her to feel guilty about keeping him from chasing his dreams

And thats been a theme throughout the run of the show. Characters chasing their dreams.

From the beginning of the show, above everything else, Michael just wanted a wife and family. He finally got it

Andy left to chase his dream of being a star

Dwight finally got his dream of being manager

Jim's wanted to leave the office since episode 1. Continuing their theme, I don't think they're gonna stop him from pursuing the career he's always wanted.

One of the best, most well written, most heartfelt episodes I have watched.

Exactly. It wasn't one of the funniest episodes but it was really good...it's going to be tough to watch from here on out.
