I guess they may have needed his connections of where to dispose of the car, but Marcellus didn't know of this place? He didn't know about Monster Joe's??

It was his calm orders during a nerve wracking experience. Jules and Vincent would have panicked and Bonnie would be dead.

Jules and Vincent needed adult supervision to complete their task. Before the Wolf showed up, they were pissed at each other and not making much progress on brain detail and whatnot due to being a little overwhelmed by the explosion of Marvin's head.

It's a rational question many have brought up here before. You could somewhat observe the party while the wolf was on the phone, and based on how his tux and general appearance was still neat, it didn't appear to be some all night raging party.
