Mad Men episodes to me were so hit or miss. There are some brilliant episodes, but then there are some duds. And the duds are painful to watch. The 1st season was mostly duds, but it was more about developing the characters. I thought the series was just okay. Didn't love it, didn't hate it.

Lost did nothing for me, but I only watched the 1st season. I thought it had a lot of potential the first few episodes, but then they lost me with all the supernatural stuff. Not my thing.

I hated most of the popular comedies on network TV - Friends, Big Bang Theory, Everybody Loves Raymond, etc.

Thats definitely fair and it is a popular show but not in all circles. It is geared towards women, obviously, and considered a "chick" show. I thought seasons 1 and 2 were ok - good but really disliked season 3. I don't expect much going forward especially considering what happened with Weeds.

I'm still trying to get through season 3. There have been a couple of shark-jumpings much like Weeds.

I'm of the opinion that the original run of Arrested Development is the best sitcom of the recent era because of it's short run. It wasn't allowed to get stale and run out of ideas.

It's been hard for me to get back into watching The Walking Dead, after the first 3 seasons I just stopped watching and haven't had any interest in resuming.

Big Bang Theory is geek based comedy for dumb people.

Community is geek based comedy for smart people.

I've tried and tried to like Arrested Development and I just can't.

BB is great, but it's not something I really want to rewatch. It's a pretty miserable, if brilliant, show. But I did watch it religiously.

Arrested Development I kind of like, but it's not addictive and I have no urge to get into it.

The Wire I am 2-3 seasons into, and I'm not enthralled, but I do like it and want to continue it.

Hated Malcolm

As for current stuff, still not fully into Ballers, lost interest in House of Lies and Masters of Sex. Shameless is another that I get into when I think about it, but it's pretty depressing at times (if also pretty funny).

Big Bang Theory is unfunny garbage. I have no idea how that show is popular.

The Simpsons just sucks as a show, idk why it's so popular, the only reason I can guess is because it came out before much better edgy adult-oriented animated shows came out.

Season 3-8 is some of the best tv there is

This is 100% correct. Try watching these seasons then come back and say it sucks.

The Office has always just been "ok" to me. I don't really care much for its "awkward" humor.

The walking dead. The way people act and the decisions they make feel faker than the fact that there are zombies. They also have access to apparently hundreds of guns and always utilize the different types in exactly the wrong way.

Well, if you consider the number of guns that actually exist in the deep south and eliminated 99% of the population, guns will not be in limited supply.

I wouldn't say always, but none of them are firearm experts of the OB.

Breaking Bad

Idk if it had something to do with starting late and hearing all the hype but it was just too dark for me. Like none of the characters were ever happy about anything but I guess that was kind of the point

And like most, I absolutely detested all of Walt's family. Hank was the best besides Walt and I only found him tolerable

Exactly. Breaking Bad was too depressing. Guy with terminal cancer making meth with junky losers and trying to dodge his horrific wife. Everyone is unhappy, everyone is unlike able except Saul, and I wanted every single character to die.
