Need new TV series to binge watch

Over the past few years I've watched the complete seasons of
The Wire
Dr Who (just the new series)
Breaking Bad
Arrested Development
Modern Family
Firefly
Once upon a time
True Blood
Survivor
GOT
Sherlock
and a few others
I am currently trying to find a new series to start and need some suggestions. I have no interest in any of the following
Mad Men
SOA
The Walking Dead
I am trying to decide between Merlin, House of Cards, and Orange is the New Black, but i am open to other suggestions. I have Netflix, but that is not a requirement. I can find anything that has been made in the past 15 years streaming online.

I just finished Fringe and it is excellent with a great ending in 5 seasons.
Rome is excellent, just 2 seasons but the ending was rushed as they ran out of funding, whatever.
LOST was one of favorites, 6 seasons, great ending IMHO but controversial.
Deadwood also great but again the ending seems awkward.

You want something that is complete i assume, that's what binge watching is for (I never understand people suggesting things still in production).
Anyways, the correct answer is:
Battlestar Galactica
Surprise!

What about the original Dr Who?

LOST
I've seen about every great show in the last 10 years, but I've yet to find one as addictive. I'm on season three, and it's not the best show that I've seen but I'm fricking addicted.

I had no desire to watch s.o.a. but my wife started watching and after a few episodes I was hooked. It's obviously not up to par with the wire or sopranos, but it's very entertaining and great for binging.
