I would say, as far as we've seen, she's definitely not God-like. If anything, she's limited in the power brackets because she can only take the power of whomever she fights.

Do one with Marvel heroes and a separate one with Marvel villains, then have the winners of the two go against each other, do the same with the DC characters, and have the overall Marvel winner go against the overall DC winner.
