Essentially he was in Seattle for work, walking around downtown during some free time, decides to check out a store, walks around for a few minutes, and then leaves.
Probably wasn't the smartest decision, but I would have done the same thing if I was in Seattle for work. Perfectly legal.

weed is vastly overrated.
but I agree it is pretty harmless. I can imagine that the drug helps athletes like football players relax from the toll the sport takes on their bodies.
everyday smokers either need it to act normal, or is already a burnout.
