No, its not. Federal law supercedes state law, so according to the DEA and the rest of the feds, it is illegal in all states...which illustrates how stupid this is...which is why i say repeal fed law, decriminalize & let the states decide how they want to regulate the medical and recreational use of weed.

Federal law supersedes state law and yet they allow thousands of dispensaries to operate without molestation. As I said, under state law and in practical effect, it is legal.
