They all have this stupid mindset that if they don't declare after their freshman year then it's a failure. A lot of them would benefit greatly from another year but they don't GAF, coming back is saying you failed and too much for their egos to handle.

Justin Anderson is entering the draft. Sucks for UVA.

Ron Baker and Fred Van Vleet are returning to Wichita State. Awesome news for them.

And NC State will remain #3 in the state. Hasn't signed with an agent, really hope he'll come back.

I'm clinging to that hope too.... I mean wtf, so I guess now the logic is "well, I'm decent in college, definitely don't have an NBA career ahead of me, so I guess I'll go play in Iran ASAP since I only have so many years in me."

A college education has just become totally worthless to these guys. Granted he is 23 already so one would hope he has a degree by now. But damn you would think being a BMOC for another year would have more benefits than Saudi Arabian basketball league

All this. Despise the Terps and their fanbase with very few exceptions.

BTW, UVA loses only one player who contributed significant minutes. He's a big loss, but with the incoming class, they should be top 3 preseason. If we can find a consistent outside threat outside Brogdon and avoid Michigan St. in the tournament, we could make a deep run. Back to back regular season ACC titles is impressive, but it's time for a Final 4 trip.

ETA: Nevermind, Anderson is leaving now. Makes things tougher. Silly decision IMO given his injury-plagued season.

Not your rivals, right? Uh huh. Get over it. We're in the Big Ten now.

I lived in DC, UMD is definitely rival #2, Duke fans only discredit them because they've only been relevant for maybe 6-7 years in their entire history. It sucks that they ran away to the Big 10?12?B1G.

Good.

But good God NCAAB is going to be devoid of talent next year outside of Maryland, Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky (and Duke).

Portis and Qualls leaving actually leaves LSU as the clear #2 in the SEC. If Newman goes to MSU, the SEC could actually be the #1 or #2 conference in the country.

My sides .

It's happening, the SEC is taking over.

Really has nothing to do with the subject of the OP, just trying to convert REG into a posi-Devil. Seriously, a kid from Kinston?
