Scottie needs to shut up. To brag about a hypothetical that can't happen is silly, especially when you say you'd consistently hold Curry under 20. Just say, "It would be a great series," and move along.

Despite teams playing at a faster pace now than in the nineties there are fewer fouls called. Watch any game from the 90s and the amount of contact in the paint doesn't come close to what goes uncalled in today's game. This idea that the game was more physical comes almost entirely from the occasional hard/flagrant foul that's been legislated out of the game.

Give the Warriors a shortened three point line and they'd destroy the '96 Bulls 4-0. Same for the Spurs.

The '67 76ers, '72 Lakers, and the '83 76ers would beat both the Bulls and Warriors.

I don't know why some of the best players/teams in sports always seem to be so insecure about their own personal accomplishments. To feel the need to have to continously and openly attack the new generation makes you look weak. Just be very happy that you will never have to back up all this hypothetical talk.

Always liked the Bulls growing up...It is just a shame they have aged into bitter, insecure, outspoken wretched men. They did a lot for basketball and now can't seem to stop trying to take some shine off one of the most exciting teams in 20 years.

Honestly i like the Bulls too

I don't know about a 4 game sweep.

The Bulls have 2 all time great perimeter defenders in Jordan and Pippen. I don't think any team in the NBA right now has that.

On the other side, i don't see anyone slowing Jordan.

Plus Jordan woudl probably hard foul 1995 Kerr, and give 2016 Kerr even worse back problems. Jordan would do anything to win.

So you think all those teams the Bulls played in the 2nd round on were better than the Warriors?

Define "slow Jordan"

Because, Yea, no one really slows Jordan down, but these Warriors are pretty darn well equipped to do so.

The old Bulls are demigods in Chicago, much like the '85 Bears. They didn't age into being bitter, insecure and outspoken. That's just how they always were and continue to be.

The fans of this city enable it to a certain extent because they view these guys as untouchable. Try bringing up Walter Payton's mistresses and pouting after the Super Bowl. Or Jordan's gambling and punching out Kerr in practice. Or Ditka's hypocrisy and overall shittiness. There are some Bill Swerski superfans that will fight you for slandering their names.

Jordan would laugh in Curry's face as he posted 60. And I'm a Curry fan.

Don't think those Bulls saw anything close to Golden State. It's something that'd be completely unfamiliar to them. That's why I think they'd lose a 7 game series.

So the defenses MJ faced in the 2nd round and on were all better than Golden State?

Man, this is great stuff.

You don't get it, do you? Jordan only has to LOOK at Curry and Jordan wins. Jordan drops 65 while Curry is CURLED UP in the FETAL position crying for his mommy

Lets be clear, the Warriors haven't seen a team that could sniff the 1995-1996 Bulls jockstrap. These are probably 2 of the best teams of all time, if not THE 2 best teams of all time.

The Warriors haven't played a team with 2 All-Time Great Perimeter defenders.
