You didn't need stats to figure that out either. If we begin to compare Westbrook to Kobe I will truly lose all hope for this younger generation lol.

Except we know Kobe at his worst shot more often than Westbrook this season.

Kobes averages more attempts per 100 and 36 for his career than Westbrook does his, and that's playing the 2 guard and playing with many HOF'ers.

Westbrooks attempts per 36 stayed below 20 with a healthy Durant, Kobes rarely stayed below 20 with a all-star cast.

Right, and we know Kobe shoots the ball more often in his "ball hog" year than Russ does this year.

ko had one year in his 20 year career that was more ball hoggish than this one for Russ. Hard to say 'Kobe was a ball hog but Russ aint' when Russ is worse than all but one year.

Oh so you want the outlier because it works for you. Ok.

The fact that we're having this discussion with who Kobe played with his entire career, says something.

And Kobe's one worst season is worse than literally every year of Russ's career, your argument makes no sense at all.

And Kobe on average is worse, and so on and so forth...

Too bad for you we aren't looking at Russ's other years. my argument is that he's been a ball hog this year, so other years are irrelevant.

Russ this year is more of a ball hog than Kob was in all but one season. IE Russ is a ball hog this year if Kobe was ever one.

Moving on...

Russ also gets his teammates more involved than kobe ever did.

If Kobe didn't have a good front office, we'd be saying the same things about him as we do Carmelo.

Did you really just disregard Westbrooks other years beside this one, then compare his one season to Kobe's 20 season career? Do you even think about how hypocritical some of your arguments come off as?

Ok then Kobe averaged 4 assists per game in his "ball hog year", why does Westbrook average 11 assists?

In the year when Durant was hurt He was more ball-hoggy than any of Kobes other seasons too. So 2 of the top 3 seasons out of all these guys careers were Russ.

Kobe
Russ
Russ
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe
Kobe

Anyone with a cent of sense would say Russ ranks right up there with em.

I never said westbrook was a ball hog in years other than this one, so why would I care or why would they be a part of my argument?

Because he has a higher usage rate IE ball in his hands all the time he gets assists almost by deafult.

If I say harden is MVP this year. And then don't bring up his stats from prior years. To you that is 'hypocritical' my word I have seen it all.

Because you said Kobe has never been this much a ball hog as Westbrook. When it's shown that Kobe has a season worse than this season for Westbrook, you start throwing out Kobe's whole career.

None of this has anything to do with what I'm talking about. Come on man.

So who is better?

Kobe or Westbrook.

Just name one.
