They've always been one of the more Unlikeable groups of players on one team in the league as well.

I can buy a little of what you are selling. TBirdSpur comes across as one of the better dudes across all the boards on TD fwiw. Unfortunate he is an Aggie.

But I will say for most of my life I've had a little disdain for the Spurs for the most part. Respected the heck out of tAdmiral and of course Pop, but Timmys game was always boring. Never liked Parker.... it may have something to do with being a semi-fan of the Rockets through the 90s being that Houston held my 'second city' teams.

But I will say that since we have the Horn/Pels and interacting the Dallas and Houston fans on this board, that Spurs have no doubt become my favorite team in Texas.

That was the short period of time when the Hornicans were relevant. Incidentally with CP3 at the helm.

This is the irony of this board. Trolling aside, most NOLA fans I've met pulled for Houston teams and most Houston fans I know pull for NOLA teams. IRL.

1) Golden State
2) San Antonio
3) Houston

Then its a jumble, for now, with OKC/Minnesota on the next tier, with Denver/Clips/Blazers/Jazz/Griz/Pels on call for the last few playoff spots.

These rankings can sort themselves out more clearly with time and additional pickups-- if Minnesota signs Millsap, for example, they're probably clearly better than OKC.

Sounds about right. Lucky for Houston they got a much better player in Paul who can lead the team. Harden will be able to embrace his role as second fiddle.
