I like. Hopefully he gets Payton to reach his potential.

Those NY area people always end up down in Florida.

Orlando has lots of young talent and $ to spend.

I get that. I like Orlandos young players and all that. And I'm a big Vogel fan.

But still think it's a weird landing spot for Vogel. Not sure about the fit. But it's a very good hire for Orlando. Went out and got a very good coach. Only time will tell if it's the right fit. I hope it is.

So he didn't want to coach the players MVP/turnover machine and a dirty Arkansas player whose only contribution to basketball was denying us Russell Westbrook?

Vogel was interested, CC was not.

If CC wasn't interested in Vogel then it really is time for a regime change

Funny way of showing it by including him in the process as well as interviewing him in 2011.

Uhhhh. The owner makes the call and he wasn't interested what regime change are you taking about? It ain't like HOU has less losing seasons than any other American sports franchise since mr Alexander has owned the team I'd venture to say he has an idea of what he's doing.

At the beginning of the season, every team aspires to win the Larry O'Brien fewest losing seasons title over an arbitrary time period. Alas, though there are 30 teams, only one can win the LOFLSTOATP.

Rockets did like Frank Vogel but just didn't have the full support of the owner to merit strong consideration.

So after Vogel picks Orlando, the Rockets put it out that he didn't merit strong consideration. Seem legit.
