I took a lot of assumptions. However, to your other point, assuming both finish 11-1, the computers will almost certainly have ND ahead of Oklahoma.

Ehh hard to know that, computers have a way of working out that it literally takes all game to see how the whole landscape will be affected and not just the few involved games. For example, the more Arkansas wins the better it looks for OU and OU didn't even play Arkansas. Haven't checked the various computers rankings since yesterday.

I have said here over and over that 11-1 will get in over 11-1 OU. We need ND to lose. But that's not because of schedule, but it's because the ND brand.

When you are in a dry spell some times you have to get the fat chick at the dive bar to end it. LSU was Notre Dame's fat chick at the dive bar.

I didn't know you had a dry spell in tier 3 bowl games.

It doesn't matter. They aren't going to be undefeated at the end of the regular season.

OU with one loss would be an interesting decision if ND also finished with 1.

better wins but a lot worse loss

Why should this team get the benefit of a doubt against a one loss Big 12 team?

They shouldn't.

Notre Dame has always been a media darling and they have a shite ton of fans all over the US. The playoffs are all about attracting the big money.

Dude.... They also beat LSU in the Music City Bowl last year.

That proves their legitimacy.

If LSU had won, you'd sure as heck be talking about how ND can't hang with the SEC. SEC fans do the same thing with the Big Ten, a win is proof of conference superiority, an SEC loss is nothing...a trifling matter, the Muisc City Bowl. what a joke

You are right. Had the 5th place SEC West team beaten ND, I would take that shite, and run with it.

I can still enjoy ND beating their chest over the narrow, ref aided win, because again.... It was the 5th place team in the West.

You clowns don't even realize it is YOU that is overrating the SEC by getting hard ons over the win.

to me, there is one good SEC team. that is Alabama and recent history shows that assumption is accurate. I'll look at OSU's win over them. your coattail days are over.

and by the way, ND wasn't good last year. they lost to a horrid Northwestern team, amongst others.

I am not a Notre Dame fan, I just think this SEC love-in is outdated and needs to end. and I think, for the most part it is over.

I don't think they have one. LSU is hot garbage, sadly. So is UGA. I guess Miss St., and they're nothing great.

You are the one bringing up the Music City bowl, I don't think anyone was talking about it before you.
