PG - Nash
SG - Kobe
SF - World Peace
PF - Gasol
C - Bynum

is a pretty stout lineup...

Would rather still try to see them screw the Magic over and give them Gasol instead of Bynum, but I think with Nash now, they will just offer Bynum to get Howard there quicker

I'm sure the Suns will turn around and try to use those picks in a Gordon S&T.

the Lakers with Nash and Howard would be an incredible compilation of names - granted Kobe and Nash are five plus years past their primes... but that is quite a lineup

Pushes the Lakers ahead of the Hornets as the surefire second best team in the West.

Lakers fans should hate this.

They'd NEVER go for a Miami-style super team

Kobe's too competitive for that

and the biggest fail of the year goes to.....Toronto. If this is true then Toronto wasted an opportunity to bring in a guy who could reinvigorate the franchise, who cares what they might have had to give up.

I wonder if the Suns are going to use the 1st round picks from the Lakers along with something else to get Gordon from the Hornets after they match the max contract?

That's all it took to get Nash? A few first round picks that are going to be in the mid-lower 20s?
