I was browsing through MLB stats and this reminded me of how amazing Pujols first ten years were. Is there a better or more consistent 10 year stretch anywhere?

That is incredibly confusing. Doubles are missing for the first half of the "table" thus making it even more confusing. You might get better responses if you made it easier to decipher.

I'm sure Babe Ruth had at least an equal 10 year stretch.

Sorry for the confusion. I'm on a mobile. I'll try to clean it up later. That is aweful!

Sugar Ray Robinson 1942-1952

Record: 105-3-2 (65 KO)

*won welterweight championship
*won middleweight championship

Fought and would have won the light heavyweight championship but retired in his corner due to heat exhaustion (fight was held outdoors in Yankee stadium). Robinson was way ahead on the scorecards at the time of stoppage. This was the only time he would be "stopped" in 200 professional fights.

1938-1948 Joe Louis defended the Heavyweight title 25 times without a loss. Only Jersey Joe Wallcott & Auturo Godoy would go the distance against Louis. Louis would knock both of them out in rematches.

Pick any 10 years of Vitali Klitschko's career:

-45 wins(41 by KO)

-Only heavyweight champion inb boxing history to have never been knockdown in his career

-Most impressive of all Vitali Klischko has never been behind on the cards at any point in any fight....... Just think about that for a minute

Most dominant athlete of all time.
