Is Usain Bolt the only unarguable GOAT of his sport?

After watching his performance at this year's World Championships, Bolt has solidified himself as the best sprinter that will ever walk this planet.
Have we ever seen another athlete do the same?
Baseball and Football have too many positions to crown a single player the "GOAT".
Soccer... who cares?
Golf, Tiger Woods could have unarguably taken this spot, but his slump will forever have him just in the same class as Nicklaus.
Basketball, what we thought was going to be Michael Jordan may be surpassed by LeBron James in the next few years, making them forever rivals in the GOAT conversation.
So, is there any other athlete that has earned the title GOAT other than Usain Bolt?

When he wins the event in a 4th olympics we can talk. Al Oerter won the discus in 4 consecutive Olympiads.
Dayley Thompson may have a more impressive record, breaking the World Record in back to back Olympiads in the Decathlon.
There are 2 that are GOAT in Track and Field.
I can maybe talk Phelps or Heiden now. Eric Heiden's feat at Lake Placid is the GOAT accomplishments.

Woods is not in the same class as Jack. That's laughable at this point. And even if LeBron gets as many championship as Jordan, Jordan is still in a different world than LeBron
