Where in my post did I say Lebron didn't drive? I would argue he's a better player because of his ability to drive and take high % shots. But I guess it looks cool when Kobe spins and makes one of every 5 of those fadeaway shots

comparing their two games just does not work. Kobe is a jump shooter and Lebron drives the lane due to him being a physical freak and he had to do it alot esp early on in his career. What is impressive is the evolution of Lebrons games the last 3 years

to been seen but as of right now yes. If Lebron would have won a ring for anyone else but this super team heat then it could be Lebron already.

Show me a year when Kobe won a ring without a "super team"

Kobe is a joke. Heir to MJ force fed to us by ESPN and other major sports new outlets.

Quality over quantity in my book. Sure, Lebron has Wade and Bosh. But Kobe had Shaq, arguably the most dominant center of all time.

Shaq in his prime is better than dwade and Bosh, Gasol was arguably better than Bosh when they won back to back

Im a lebron fan.. So not trolling here.. Imagine how many points would have been made if he coulda hit some free throws

Seriously, that is one thing that really aggervates me with todays nba, freethrows are not gimmie points anymore. I watch a lot of games and it seems like guys today make far less free throws than they did in the 80s-early 90s

Interesting stat that has a lot to do with their games. No doubt LeBron is a more efficient scorer, but he's bigger, stronger and faster, so is it really that surprising? Kobe is a 6'6 SG that has always taken more jumpers than shots in the paint, and his shots are becoming much more jumper-oriented now that he's older. LeBron is 6'8 and 50 pounds heavier, so again, he takes the close shots that are easier to make and result in fouls more often.

Kobe has made 313 more FTs in that same span while taking 356 less FT attempts FWIW

ETA:

And I fully believe that LeBron has been better than Kobe for years now, but Kobe will always be the more skilled player. Although that doesn't really mean shite at the end of the day

If I'm starting a team, and can take either Shaq or Wade AND Bosh, I'm taking Shaq.

I would take prime Shaq over D-Wade and Bosh any day. Kobe also had the GOAT coach in Phil Jackson for all five of his championships while Lebron's won big with the likes of Mike Brown and Erik Spoelstra.
