RGIII's game winning TD vs OU in Waco back in 2011.

One of the greatest throws in CFB history.

How are people supposed to remember which plays were #1 on sportscenter years after the fact?

I've seen some cool plays live, but I have no idea what was #1.

So you didn't watch the Iron Bowl or Auburn vs Georgia this year?

While the current Top 10 list no. 1 did happen at UTC, that has close to nothing to do with what this thread is about... which is why you were the first one to bring up Chattanooga in this thread.

I figure I have seen at least 3 in Auburn.

The Kick Six

Miracle at JH

Blocked punt for a Tre Smith TD vs. Florida in 2006. (Pretty sure that was a #1 play)

Can't remember if any plays from the 1994 LSU interception game were #1. Same can be said about Cadillac's 75 yard TD run to open the 2003 IB.

Possibly some Braves ones, but I can't remember now which ones.

Fake field goal for the win against ND

Hail Mary vs Wisconsin

Don't know if they put it in Top 10 or not top 10 or both. But I was at the Armando Gallaraga near perfect game.

I think 3.

Luis Sojo inside-the-park grand slam in the one-game playoff against the California Angels in 1995.

When UW upset USC a few years ago.

A Mariners game last year where the Twins center fielder made a ridiculous catch. This one was right in front of me actually.

I think they were all #1, but some might have been #2.

I don't know exactly. Seen a Miggy walk off HR but I don't know where that would have been.

If not that then only one, when Michigan beat ND in final seconds under the lights if that was #1

best one i remember being at was alabam/usm football game when protho made that catch going into halftime on the defenders helmet.. i also think it won the espy for play of the year "could be wrong"

I was there too. I had no clue what happened at first then the replay came on. It definitely won an ESPY.

I've seen probably close to 5 or so.
Prothro
Rocky Block
Kick Six
TJ Yeldon Screen
Julio Jones circus catch

Not sure the last two were number 1 but it's very possible.

I know at least three, possibly more that I don't know because I never saw the Top 10 the next day:

I saw Carlos Beltran rob a St. Louis Cardinal of a HR at Shea in 08.

A Columbus Blue Jacket goalie robbed a player with a diving stick save backward in OT, CBJ won in the shootout.

And this:

LINK (The play takes up the first 30 seconds of the highlight. The best part about it was it was twin to twin. Has to be the greatest play I've ever seen in person when you combine not just the athleticism and pure awe of the play, but also the storyline and magnitude of the game).

A couple that I do not recall, but the most notable one was at a high school football game.

Don't know about number 1's. I'm sure it's happened with all the football games I've been to but I can't think of a specific. Maybe something from the 2012 SECCG.

I actually seem to have good luck getting a top play when I go to a UGA basketball game. Seen several top 5 plays that way. And this summer I went to a Braves game where 3 plays were in the top 5 but I don't know if one was number 1.
