Live on TV? Too many to count.

Live in person? None that I know of.

I can't recall any LSU football ones I've seen if any, but I saw Raph Rhymes inside the park homer where he cut a front flip over the catcher, though it wasn't #1 but made the top ten

Bluegrass Miracle, so at least 1
Pretty sure at least one of the clips when LSU won the NC both times was #1.

I saw Josh Reed's catch in the 2000 Peach Bowl live. Sportscenter may not have done daily Top 10s back then, but it would definitely have been a top play.

ETA - Here's a better version at 5:41

LINK

LINK

I saw both of these live and they were both number 1. Also a play LeBron made against the Magic last year was number 1 and I was there, but I can't find it on YouTube.

Also LINKJason Heyward robbed Molina of a home run in the 2012 wild card game and I believe that was #1.

That's 4 (I think, not 100% on Heyward) live. Probably missing a few.

It would be easier if they had some vault or Youtube page that had them all.

I don't know if these made it, but I've seen live:

-Demetrius Byrd catch to beat Auburn
-Game 6 of the 2011 NBA Finals
-LSU's 2007 BCS National Championship game
-Porter interception of Manning

Also, on a sidenote, why hasn't ESPN released like a DVD collection of all the Top 10 Plays or at least have a Youtube page where they have them all? I would think a DVD set like that would make a good bit of money

I have no idea: I don't regularly watch. I assume Cody's block against Tennessee was one.
