No. Panthers can't lose by 8 or more.

At what point would you have started to hedge? Assuming he had every NFL game yesterday, would you start with the Broncos-Raiders at 3:05? You would have had 5 games to go, but you would have already hit on 10. Maybe drop 1K on the last 5?

Unless the last legs of a parlay have staggred start times, you can't hedge.

Given his 14th and 15th had isolated marquee tv times(which is a suggested strategy for multi-team parlays), those last two legs are when I would've began hedging hard.

But, if he were say 10-0ish or 12-0ish heading into the 3PM games yesterday, I'd have begun smaller hedging then also.

15 Teamer Guy may wish to strangle Mickey Loomis by night's end?

Why should he hedge? I always hear people saying this heading into the Monday night game when there are big parlays. If you didn't want the Monday night game to matter, why include it in the parlay in the first place? A 14 game parlay would pay off more than if he hedges, so why have a 15th game the day after all the other games instead of just doing a 14 teamer?

Because then it's guaranteed money. Maybe it's not $95k, but it's not $0 either.

You aren't thinking about when the games are being played when laying down a parlay like that.

And you hedge because if the game ends right now, that guy loses 5 bucks...

If he wanted 50k he would've just bet a 14 teamer though. He obviously wanted more and is all lined up perfectly to get exactly what he wanted.

Because anything beyond a 4 teamer @ 10/1, or 5 teamer @ 20/1, or 6 teamer @ 40/1, is already earned profit, and no matter how deep one's pockets are(a Walters or Baxter,etc..), it's simple Bob Martin, Sonny Reizner, Gene Mayday, Lem 101 strategy, to always grind some profit..it's already there..take some down.

You're trying to build a bankroll..not have a 15 team parlay ticket framed and mounted on the wall to show off.

I don't know about that. With sportsbook.com putting the tweet out like they did, beating around the bush paying this guy out could result in some bad publicity. After all, every one of these sites are doing what they can to dethrone 5dimes as the top offshore book. I can see some 19 year old needle dick pale as a ghost watching this on his couch with a $250 hedge underway

He wasn't thinking about that when he made the bet.

He was probably drunk messing around wasting $5 to spice up his sunday afternoon.

He bet all 15 games because it's all the games.

Yes I get all of that. But why put a 15 teamer in in the first place if you're just planning on hedging between the 14th and 15th game? I can't understand that line of thinking.

He's no longer siting on a wish..he's now sitting on a 95K house of cards, of which a hefty fraction or more is assured if do the right thing and hedged..

Otherwise, it's just a mountain of work and luck reduced to a mere framed $5 ticket of 'shoulda coulda woulda'

If you make it that far you get a huge payout by adding more games. You also make it more likely you'll lose.

He would add 10 more games if he could now. That payout would be huge.

Pretty easy decision if you ask me. Guaranteed 5 digit payout or nothing at all? Decisions, decisions
