I thought Blue Bloods were Regal and the Beautiful Bobby Eaton

Also Nasty Boys were there, plus Arn Anderson still tag team wrestled at the time.

It started out with Eaton (as "Earl" Robert Eaton) and Regal, but they split up early on.

I went to some place in Shreveport in the early 80s to watch the Mid South tapings...Irish McNeil Center for boys or something like that. Un-airconditioned gym.

Didn't a number of the old Mid South Wrestlers come out of, or train, in Baton Rouge? Thought I had read that JYD and Jake the Snake were from this area.

Nothing like going to the Monroe Civic Center in 85 or 86 and seeing Junkyard dog, Dick Murdoch, Superfly Snuka, Jake the Snake Roberts

Loved Mid South and UWF at the Civic Center.
