Jordan is not the best "shooting" guard, the logo is easily.

There is a lot of confusion to what a shooting guard is apparently

And Reggie was pretty one dimensional offensively...Ray Allen in his prime was more than just a catch and shoot type player. He was an MVP caliber player at one time. Reggie never got to that level within the league

Just wanted to point out how wrong this is; Miller played in an NBA Finals vs. the Lakers (lost), and 5 or 6 Eastern Conference Finals.

West was more of a point guard.

Earl Monroe is a joke.

Rip Hamilton Pete Maravich Sam Jones Manu Ginobili Joe Dumars Andrew Toney and James Harden >>>>>>>>>>> Earl Monroe

And I'll take Magic over any of them.

MJ played shooting guard until Collins moved him to point. He really lit it up as a shooting guard.

Gervin led the league in scoring on a regular basis. He has the misfortune of being in the west with the Lakers. A one man team wasn't beating them.

AI was definitely better than Wade. Multiple rings are the only thing I can think off that had Wade that high.

Actually, until the 80-81 season the Spurs were in the Eastern Conference.

Magic was point and could barely shoot when he entered the league and couldn't really shoot that well when he exited the league.

It's amazing how he could dominate a game and be such a poor shooter...he had a 3-point push-shot and did the Oscar Roberston thing of backing people down to the lane to do a jr. hook or layup. He even cost the Lakers the series against the Celtics in 85 by not being able to hit free throws.

Magic was a play-maker, rebounder, game controller and lay-up making machine...

A shooter he was not.

6. Allen Iverson

Figured he may not even be a shooting guard. I feel like he played more PG in his day. He may have been a shoot first scoring guard, but I think he is more like a Westbrook than a Kobe

I would take Wade at his prime at probably 3, but 4 is fine because he takes too many days off

Iverson was a shooting guard in a point guards body.
