re: JR Smith - karmapol1ce
Stupid gif. did you not see him go 8-12 from 3 point land against one of the leagues best defenses? you don't have the skill set JR has without being freakishly talented. That doesn't mean he s not a total headcase or that he s the best player. But on a talent level he s really physically gifted....

JR Smith - karmapol1ce
this is the first time I saw this dude. https://youtu.be/hKoyJWiGrEE mcdonald's all start game in 2004. he absolutely dominated future all stars like dwight howard, josh smith, rondo, rudy gay, and others who ended up having long nba careers, like big baby, corey brewer and marvin williams. ...

re: Spinoff: More skilled player: MJ or Steph Curry? - karmapol1ce
Skills are what you learn. Talent is what you are given. There are people on the streets with better skills than NBA players, but they're devoid of talent. Without talent you have no way of translating that skill to the big stage.
I think the free throw s made consecutively is own...
Fwiw, I'm loving the new "different skillset, different eras" copout. It's like saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
It can not be discounted. Go look at Larry Bird s statistics. Do we agree that he s an all time great shooter? Go look at how FEW 3s he took. He'd take...

because you don't know how to google? "Lebron Allen practice shooting" http://espn.go.com/blog/truehoop/miamiheat/post/_/id/15796/lebron-james 1. He's shooting 3s like Ray Allen. First, a little story: Several of the team's finest shooters would participate in a shooting contest every day a...

I
n the 2013 finals vs the Spurs, Pop game planned vs LeBron by daring him to take jumpshots . You tell me- would teams do that vs MJ?
Teams ABSOLUTELY did that to MJ early in his career. and during the 2014 playoffs they did it and Lebron murdered them. So?...

re: Spinoff: More skilled player: MJ or Steph Curry? - karmapol1ce
So his career average is higher. And that discounts the fact that his 3 point percentage has improved since when he came in and started firing ISO 3a in mike Browns piece of shite offense. By the end of their time together at the heat, Lebron was beating Ray Allen in shooting contests. Not saying...

re: Spinoff: More skilled player: MJ or Steph Curry? - karmapol1ce
How about the fact that Steph can be bullied and beat up and denied the ball by elite defenders? Basketball isn't a skills challenge otherwise we d just have the all star game and call it a season. No one was pushing Mike around the court after he got tough post Bad Boys. He was the meanest st...

re: Spinoff: More skilled player: MJ or Steph Curry? - karmapol1ce
Lebron is a better shooter. MJ played in era that didn't emphasize the 3 pointer. Lebron with the exception of this year, has been remarkably efficient in a way that just wasn't that important in MJ time. By this point in his career, Lebron is a far better shooter than Jordan demonstrated. But it's ...
