We should issue a formal apology to Canada. It would suck if they held a grudge against us. I mean, where would all of those celebrities go if Trump gets elected?

If we want respect for our anthem, we need to give respect for theirs. I see that concept is tough to realize for some in this thread.
The dumbass shooting the ball with the incorrectly spelled first name knows damn well he is watched 24-7 and is an ambassador for the game. He did this on purpose, which makes him even more of an idiot.
If Steve Nash or some other foreigner did this during our anthem, many of the people on here would whine about his disrespect for America and the veterans, etc.
Wade is an idiot, frick him.
