I'm not saying he will or is even considering it, I just think it's his best move if Wade doesn't opt out for a lower salary.

I don't think so, just saying that would be a good fit for him. Him and DeRozen would be solid

The majority of Americans want to stay in America

Knicks, golden state, lakers are some other teams that would be interested.

Toronto will never be better than a 3rd or 4th seed and Miami has gone to 4 finals in a row. Toronto is not a better situation.

Bosh has basically said he doesn't want to leave. And if he does he has no reason to want to go back to Toronto.

Miami has gone to 4 finals in a row, but if wade opts in (20mil/yr), they're going to be playing 3v5 for 82 games + finals. Wade making 20mil, how much will bosh and lebron get paid 10mil? As if they'd to that.

If Wade opts in, miami is royally screwed.

If all 3 opt in they will most likely be in the same place they were a few weeks ago.

Playing in the NBA finals.

People act like they can't all opt in. Either way, Arison is paying the repeater tax if all 3 stay. It just has to be determined if they will opt out for less and sign another big time player or not.

all 3 opt in, 61mil/yr total for those 3.

mike miller is on the books for 6.6mil and doesn't even play for them.

haslem is gonna hit 4.6mil
anderson is gonna hit 1.45mil
cole is gonna hit 2.15mil
hamilton is gonna hit 816k (team option)

total: 69.4mil

Who else can they get? a bunch of no name scrubs, pray that indiana implode, rose never comes back, and the east get even worse?

LeBron is the best player in the league, but him and Bosh can't do it for a whole season again.

They are going over the cap no matter what if they all stay. They can sign some 3 point shooters near the end of their career just like they have every year since they have gotten together.

They are still the best in the east and are favored to make it back to the Finals.

The Raptors are forever going to be a 3rd or 4th seed AT BEST.

Miami's situation isn't the best from a money standpoint, sure. But you can't convince me or anyone for that matter that Bosh playing in Toronto instead of Miami is a better situation for him

Unless you think he only cares about being the #1 option on a team that isn't a contender.

People in the South don't realize how much the city of Toronto is thriving. Its up there with LA and Chicago in terms of market size and international appeal.

By clusterfrick, you mean deep playoff run, right?

One team adds Robin Lopez and Mo Williams to their roster. The other adds Dwight Howard. The team that landed Dwight, was the 8 seed a season ago. The team that landed Robin? They won 32 games.

Who wins in a series of 7?

I'd like to see a sign and trade with Houston.

Melo for Asik, Lin, and Parsons.

Take the expiring contracts of Asik and Lin, keep Parsons. Tank the season, shed chandlers, stoudemires and bargnanis contracts, get a lottery pick, then sign FAs Aldridge, Rondo, and Leonard.

Championship.

All of the news is about Anthony leaving, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him take the extra money and stay. He wanted to play in NY and this seems like a bit of a show. I don't think NY will be good any time soon but that is a lot of cash to pass up, regardless of what he said at the All Star break.

Melo and Harden couldn't coexist. Not enough shots to go around. That'd probably also be the worst defensive team of all time.
