Chicago would be a perfect fit for Melo. They need a go to scorer and any defensive deficiencies he may have can be masked as the Bulls play great team defense.

The pelicans would be the perfect fit for Melo. But he'll go to Houston or Chicago and won't win anything and complain

I agree. I think Chicago could really take advantage of having a scorer like Melo. Their defense isn't a problem.

Yeah his best bet is in Chicago. LeBron's is in Houston. If I were Bosh, I'd go back to Toronto.

I oddly agree with all of this

Would love to see Melo with a healthy Rose in Chicago.

Honestly, I don't get his appeal. He's a ball hog who can make difficult shots, but does not play any defense and slows down any offensive philosophy to isolation ball.

In the NBA that is 100% true but he was AMAZING in the Olympics when he played with a lot of stars.

I didn't say he was or he will, just said its his best bet. Two stars in their primes, deep bench, solid coach, great offense, just need a great defensive influence and they can make some moves.

Younger, much much much better than when he left, would be a better fit for his skillset. I don't see Wade taking a discount and if he doesn't, the Heat are screwed. The East will be better next year.

It's in Canada.

And there are much better teams who would love to have him.

He doesn't need to settle for Toronto.

True, but it is easily the best city in Canada and one of the top ones in north america.

True, but can they afford him?

Well they are a better option for him than Miami.

All depends on what his priority list is like.

It's still not in the US

Yes there are better teams that can afford him.

Toronto a better situation than Miami? Did you really just type that?

Your point? If you are going with the money angle, that's severally overblown.

I've already thrown out Chicago and Houston because I have two other better players going to them. So outside of them, who can afford him?

If Wade doesn't opt out then yeah. Long term, Toronto is easily the better option. If Wade opts out and they all agree to resign for less, then yeah Miami will be better for the next year or two. Like I said, all depends on his priorities.

He's literally just saying "it's in Canada". That's his only point. It makes no sense. I think he's watched too much South Park.

If Wade opts in I see Bosh and LeBron leaving.
Bosh to Toronto
Bron to Houston
And Melo to Chicago would be great moves for all three players

You think Chris Bosh goes back to Toronto?
