Forgot about that one
Nah you need the App State radio announcer call, not the TV broadcast.

Maybe.........YES SIR!!!!!!!!

IN YOUR LIFE HAVE YOU SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT!

Those two are great, but #1 in my mind is Al Michael's call of the victory over the Soviets in 1980.

Another golf one that's high on the list is Gary Koch's call of Tiger's "Better than Most" shot on the island green at Sawgrass.

Baseball classics for sure.

I grew up listening to Jack Buck. Maybe the best all around sports broadcaster of all time, although I like Al Michaels.

Unfortunately, son Joe can't hold Dad's jock.

Jack Buck and Vin Scully are who you judge everyone else by.

Because Jack was color blind he couldn't do horse racing and he always wanted to do

Wow, I did not know that. And Howie's "Down goes Frasier" call was a classic. Funny story. I met Howie in the '70s and probably spent 5 minutes around him. He was a bigger A hole off camera than he was on.

I think Shannon was the perfect Color guy for Jack

The little leaguer toes the rubber, throws a dead fish for strike 1

Describing Oquendo pitching in the 17 inning game vs Braves

Later that inning he comes back with this gem...

I'm not going home bring me some Dolly Madison powdered doughnuts and crisp cold Busch

Of course he slurred all of those.

The running joke was Shannon's jersey number at MU (10) was higher than his iq
