I doubt Jazz will be used for blocking from now on. You'll likely see Dural, Quinn, or DiarseDozer out there.

I meant in the meantime. He needs more reps in practice.

Jazz will see plenty of play. He'll definitely be a red zone option. And I'm pretty confident he's gotten an earful about that play already.

Interesting take which I did not really consider. Could have been just as much the fault of Harris and/or Guice and left Jazz looking lost when the defender cut inside. I still think he could have got a hand on him and knocked him off course a bit.

Hear what ya saying.

Though the blocking could have been better..I'll maintain about a great defensive play that was. Hill was also there on that pass to Dupre and in on Jackson's tackle. Kid is a baller.

Maybe the biggest whiff was on us not bringing him down from Mansfield.

It's kind of crazy that it wasn't Quinn out there making that block. Jazz should've been on the outside instead of Quinn.

those blocks and plays are all timing and it was just off on this play. cut him some slack in the first game.

And once again Hazz tool a outside position and Guice ran an inside route.

It could just as easily been a Guice route problem, or a bad Harris lead.

No one really freaking knows, but all have an opinion

#7 Hill could have gone for the pic 6 instead of tackling Guice
Hill was the one who broke up the missed deep pass opportunity

isn't it nice to have the luxury of hindsight

He didn't play much the rest of the night. Miles clearly not pleased

It's not hindsight. It is an analysis based on sound football execution.

If every Tiger fan would learn that it takes 11, they would be much much happier fans.

I'm a happy fan because I realize it's the first series in the first game. sucks for you if you expect "sound football execution" in that scenario.

Guys it was one miss a bad one at that but one miss. He will get a lot of playing time still and bet he does not miss on his next block attempt.

why is everyone talking about Jazz and his block them.

Yes, I do expect them to execute. First game or 13th.

Not throwing a fit over something you know nothing about would be a great start, and no one knows for sure where the play was being run, yet there are about 100 posts indicting Jazz. It may be his fault, maybe not
