[quote]So difficult to compare different eras of players. Andy Hamilton made a Notre Dame All- American cornerback look like a fool but Andy never put up big numbers to have anyone ohhh and ahhh over him.
[/quote
He played in a time when they didn't throw the ball like they do now but without a doubt, he was as smooth a route runner and as sure handed as ANY receiver who ever played for LSU.

Jarvis over Odell all day during LSU career.
Clayton needs to be in there.
Honorable mention to Craig Davis for being one of the most reliable receivers I've watched

If you're strictly talking about what they did at LSU and not the NFL, Jarvis would be above OBJ in my opinion.

I did like Buster.
Russell, Bowe, Davis, Doucet, Addai, Broussard........should have won something with that crew.

Is (!) a question mark in your pretty little world. Learn some elementary language and math skills before you post here.

The old timers would say Ken Kavanaugh and Gaynell Tinsley should be on list.

Todd Kinchen is nominated for the Most Elusive Receiver of all time.

Just for us oldies, CARLOS CARSON. If LSU would have thrown the ball back then, he would have been an All American, still he had a solid NFL career with Kansas City.

I was thinking of my own top 5 and there's just too many I'd hate to leave out so I'd go with this top 10:
10. Skyler Green
9. Todd Kinchen
8. Michael Clayton
7. Eddie Kennison
6. Jarvis Landry
5. Dwayne Bowe
4. Odell Beckham, Jr.
3. Eric Martin
2. Wendell Davis
1. Josh Reed
10. Skyler Green
9. Todd Kinchen
8. Michael Clayton
7. Eddie Kennison
6. Jarvis Landry
5. Dwayne Bowe
4. Odell Beckham, Jr.

Where's your list, pretty boy?

My 6-year-old arse didn't know a thing about tiger football until his catch and run against A&M in 1990. Watching a VHS tape of Hawthorne calling that play over and over and over and over and over and over again started it all.

SKYLER is more of an honorable mention than anything else. I was having trouble with a 10th guy so I went with a personal favorite. Loved watching him play.

Carson, Hamilton, Buster Davis, Tony Moss are way ahead of
