why does this have to such a childish pissing match? Don't we all want what will give us the best chance to win? There's no "Team Harris" or "Team Jennings".
there is no gray on the internet bro
everything is black or white

Yeah. You figured it out.
You realize you just dick rode some poster on the Internet because you think he makes a lot of money?

well if we're talking about the comparison of 2 football players, it is a binary option
there is one correct and one incorrect option. you can play portions of a person in a football game

funny that THIS is the first image to pop into your head but a lot of people on here already suspected this about you. Nothing WRONG with it, bro. Let it all out.
But to answer your "question", what I really did was to agree with someone who was making a sensible point regardless of the money he makes.
So it raised your blood pressure at the same time. That's okay. it's fun to watch you get all pissed off.

Pump your brakes, chief. This quote:
isn't for SFP. it's for the dickbag who was giving him some grief over not using caps.

You are really upset over someone critiquing sfp. Might want to reevaluate your life.

He's not referring to a gray area concerning the players' abilities, but rather that one can express concerns about a true freshman starting at Jordan-Hare and the Swamp without believing the other guy should start.

he was saying there is no grey area between the "team harris" and "team jennings" battle. jennings or harris is the better option at QB. that is a binary option. there is no grey area in reality. only one is the best option for LSU at any given time.

but he does have starting experience in big games on the road.
The Wisconsin crowd was 70% LSU. It was a road game in name only.

It doesn't matter what Jennings did vs. Wiscy because he looks like a different qb since then. I think MSU did him in so to speak, between the ears. I'm not saying that he will never shake it off before the end of the season. And in fact, he may very well shake it off this week.
But the Jennings that took the field last night was still gun shy and rattled. If we're truly to be concerned with who will lack the mental toughness for Auburn, that is what throws red flags up for me.

3 upperclassmen RB's. so one really good example from 8 years ago.

so lee and JJ should have started over him? neither had any seniority over another

didn't PP end up replacing mccray?
mccray was a safety, not a corner.

J Hill was our best back and took a while to start
he didn't know the playbook
so one good example in 2006?

do you think jennings is a better QB than harris right now?
We have so little evidence to go on that I can't say for sure one way or the other. I would have liked to have seen Jennings running a similar offense that Harris has (running and passing out more spead out formations). That said, I think Harris has at minimum earned a chance to start the next game. I'm not really concerned what he did against MSU in garbage time and NMSU. The question as to who's better will be answered over the next 7 games

The only concern that would justify not starting and staying with Harris at this point is if there is a substantial risk that Harris' psyche would be damaged long-term. I'm ok with the coaches starting Jennings to give Harris a feel for the environment. However, it they stay with Jennings and he looks like he did in the 1st Q last night, that's a problem.

I haven't read this thread but I don't really understand the point of it. Who exactly is saying Jennings should start besides the head coach?
And the only fallacy for Harris not starting is he doesn't know the playbook as well as Jennings. But
I think he erased all doubt of that last night.

Harris just doesn't seem to have a psyche that would be damaged by starting. Just because some people believe it happened one time to one player doesn't equate that it happens often or would happen to Harris
