This is good stuff, but I'm curious to see this again at the end of the season. We're about to get into the brunt of the season

Good point. Conference yards per play was one of the lowest in 10 yrs last yr.

And unlike 2013 this O-Line is elite.
And before ya'll shite Grimes>>>>>>Stud

It's going to remain consistent. Bama is the only other defense in the same league as Florida on our schedule. I have no doubt that the passing game will continue to improve and there is not one team we can't throw on going forward. I watched that TAMU/Bama game. Allen and Murray were throwing passes right at DBs. Bama's secondary isn't near that good and LSU will show them that.

Shouldn't it really be compared to the rate of increase to the ncaa average? I'd guess there's more yards to be had lately than 19 yrs ago.

we missed out on an extra game vs an inferior opponent too..
total o - 28th ncaa (2nd in the SEC)
rushing o - 4th ncaa (1st in the SEC)
sacks allowed - 23rd ncaa (2nd in the SEC)
scoring offense - 20th ncaa (2nd in the SEC)
passing efficiency - 50th ncaa
3rd down conversion - 39th ncaa (3rd in the SEC)

exactly, compared to the rest of the ncaa it's nothing to crow about. Any Oc could have done that well with that talent in 2013. I do give him credit for finally starting to do more of the things that other teams have been doing for years this season and the offense seems to be coming around
last season was just a clusterfrick and it's hard to imagine an OC doing worse bringing along the young talent he had to work with. But Miles/Cam showed they are capable of learning and adapting this season.

many of our skilled players starting on offense last year were redshirt or true freshman, very tough to do much with that. Did you really think out offense was going to be great?

Well, he didn't post stats from 19 years ago ya dick. You frickers just want to try to shite on miles and cam as much as possible.

You do realize that the offense we're seeing today is a direct result of the OC "bringing along the young talent he had to work with?"

I expected it to be adequate or average. The talent he had to work with though young, many OC's only get to dream of working with. Many, if not all, of the things we are doing on offense could have been installed last season. There was no development of the offense over the course of the season until finally a little bit against aTm. I guess it's just easier and more convenient to blame Jennings.

The cam Cameron effect macro.
2014 was the worst offense in major college ball
9-7 conf in his 2 years here
0-2 Bama
Ran off chavis
Not bad for the highest paid OC in the business.

Chavis was just as responsible for that conference record & 2 losses to Alabama. In 2013, his defense folded like a cheap tent in the 4th quarter as Bama ran right at his buddy DJ Welter. How about last year when his defense allowed the Tide to get into FG range in under 50 seconds to send the game into OT? Get the frick with this bullshite. If Myles Garrett & Daeshon Hall doesn't fall into his lap this year, his defense in College Station would really be suspect more than it already is.

Getting Stud run off after the 2013 season was a blessing in disguise as well. Under Stud's leadership, our O-Line couldn't pick up line stunts or blitzes in pass pro. The inability to do so got Mett killed late in the Bama game in 2013. The team is much better off with Grimes now.

What was the Cameron-Chavis feud about?

1 less game and Miles doesn't run up the score even though he can. Plus the rest of the NCAA isn't winning championships, so you can go gawk at the Oregon and Baylor offenses of the world.
