Used to think Les as AD was a good idea. I don't anymore. In a year or two should we welcome him back in some sort of advisor/ambassador role, absolutely. But he's not an executive anymore. Love him. Supported him for a long time and I'm sad to see him go. Maybe he can flip those recruiting skills into fundraising skills? But he shouldn't me run football directly as a head coach or indirectly as AD.
