I'll give you my mom's address since I live 200 miles away and will send you that $8 check. It's in the mail, so let me know when it gets to you. Thanks for the help....

re: Mosquito Abatement Cost - TigerGrad2011
Figured I would come here to get a real answer and not an OT answer. Since you apparently need a reason to have a question answered, it's for my elderly mom who lives alone and wants to enjoy her outside areas....

Does anyone know the cost in the Baton Rouge area to have a home regularly sprayed for mosquitos or have a system put in that sprays periodically for you? Thanks for the help....

re: Ticket prices for Auburn are 1/2 of face on StubHub. - TigerGrad2011
It's not worth the hassle to get into the game now if you have young children or someone who is up in age unless you can park close enough. The experience has gone down considerably in and around the stadium and it won't get any better with them trying to sell every space they can and closing up ac...

re: What to do with extra car. - TigerGrad2011
We can use both company cars as needed personally. My concern is in the even someone loses a job and then we have to go buy another car. I'm assuming at that point it is probably smart to save the "maintenance" money to put towards another car in the event we need a second car....

What to do with extra car. - TigerGrad2011
My wife has a company car and I will have one very soon. I will have a paid off vehicle that is reliable once I get my new company car. What are the thoughts on keeping the extra car without a note but having to pay for insurance and maintenance or selling the paid off vehicle and not worrying abo...

re: Should people under 35 be allowed to opt out of Social Security? - TigerGrad2011
In the future they will probably end up not allowing those who have a certain amount of wealth built up through personal retirement vehicles be eligible for participation. This will really piss off those people who actually planned and saved for their retirement and were good with their money when ...

re: Who is middle class? Their income is lower than you might think - TigerGrad2011
You have to be about $120,000 to be able to live middle class in Baton Rouge once you count having to pay for two kids to go to private school. 3 or more kids in private school and daycare and you're better off moving to Texas. ...

Something is going down in Gardere - TigerGrad2011
Just drove down Burbank and there were at least 6 police/sheriff's cars, an ambulance, fire truck, and helicopter hovering above the area. Looks like they were covering exit points with the units on Seaboard and Innovation and had someone hemmed up between them. Fun nights in the hood!...

Riverbend Subdivision - Is it going downhill? - TigerGrad2011
I remember it being a great place to be when I was in school because of the proximity to LSU. I was just looking at home values and per square foot it's a lot cheaper than other better neighborhoods on this side of town. Would it be a good investment or will it continue a slide because of all th...

re: Are you working your dream job, working somewhere you want to, or just got bills to pay? - TigerGrad2011
Working my "dream job" but realized after a number of years it is like any other type of work. I basically set my own hours and do some pretty amazing things, but I also get bored and non motivated at times. The flexibility allows me to dabble in a number of other areas and side ventures and meet ...
