So can the basketball gurus give me a list of things Simmons excels at?
Are you joking? Do you know how rare it is for 6'10 player to be able to take people off the dribble at the top of the 3 point circle and then finish at the rim with either hand?

im with you on this one... kid dribbles and passes good, that's it
He finishes with either hand at the rim. He can play with his back to the basket.
He is 4th in the sec in assists per game.He leads the sec in rebounding and is 2nd in the sec in steals per game.
You do realize you can look this shite up before posting something crazy, right?

Lebron's jump shot was atrocious when he came into the league.

Yes I know how rare it is I have been watching him all year and he rarely does it

What? Are you sayin he rarely takes people off the dribble and takes it to the rim? He has done it all year.

I call BS on this one. He will drive in and dish. Rarely does he finish. He can finish and should...a lot. He needs to learn to be more of a selfish mofo.

Apparently, he only finishes 15% of the time left-handed....

He had an awesome finish last night i posted about

I love when a guy 6'10" drives the baseline and instead of jamming it home does an underarm almost behind the back pass to the lane to the other team who goes to the other end and nails a 3

But he is left handed so we know he can finish left handed. I was just saying he could finish with either hand.

The more I hear this the more I think Ben Simmons is actually underrated.

But not finishing the play in terms of a 3 point plays......then he seems to miss FTs at the most inopportune time.

That wasnt the argument. I said he takes people of the dribble and takes it to the basket. You said he rarely does that. The amount of FT taken proves he is taking it to the basket and getting fouled because we know he isnt getting fouled taking a jump shot.
ETA- Most players dont make the shot when they are fouled.

I would send in a platoon of players to constantly foul Simmons if I was coaching against LSU. Especially late. He's awful at the line.

I said he rarely finishes (scores) off that dribble. Quit twisting shite.

Im not twisting shite.
He is 6th in the sec in fg% so he must be finishing something because those fgs arent jumpshot.

Simmons gets a lot of his points in transition and cleaning up the boards.

Just wait to he gets to the NBA surrounded with with NBA talent and a NBA coach. A lot of you are going to eat crow! The man averages close to 20 points a game and double-digit rebounds a game, high field-goal percentage. What more do you want?We are not used to seeing a player like him that is so team oriented. It's not his fault that he has poor coaching and anemic supporting cast. When we look at number one picks in the NBA were used to seeing flashy 40 shots of gameplayers
