What do we do when ESPN banner reads "Four LSU players including starting QB Jefferson arrested for second Degree battery this afternoon."

Looks like that is where this is headed,.... unless some TAF boosters can persuade them to drop charges. (In exchange for a big check, paying for their medicals, etc no doubt)

what if it's found out that JJ is a member of al-qaeda?

That's ok. Just so he doesn't go around breaking curfew.

People need to understand that right now the only account of the brawl has come from the people filing the charges.

And the witnesses Stone has said he has spoken to already.

They should have just come forward instead of lawyering up and hiding behind a defense. I understand having a lawyer there but this thing took place on Thursday...little late for a general statement

Maybe. but since thursday the victims stories have changed. So what looks better. A concrete story one time, or different stories from the victims?

I've never known a plaintiff's lawyer that didn't have a airtight case.
The higher the retainer, the more airtight the case is.

How do you think criminal justice worked before video was invented? People have been charged, arrested, convicted, and sentenced to death for over 1000 years without independent witness testimony, much less video

Well to argue this innocent people were sentenced to death, and guilty people havent. So either way the system has failed on many occasions.

truth..physical evidence like an eye witness and a ER report..I would think if they had multiple eye witnesses then that would be enough.

I personally think that this one is a little too sticky for the big money to come into play. Just my opinion, but I believe the so called LSU Mafia might just sit this one out and let the chips fall where they may. Again, just my opinion.
