I've been puzzled with the design of the TAF building from the start. Even if it were a stand-alone building, what is the reasoning of designing a building where there is only one side of it that has windows, and the side with windows is the smallest and least visible. Honestly, it looks like a fricking prison. IIRC part of that building is a cargo elevator, but surely it isn't so wide that the entire facade needed to be without windows. Surely the could have, at minimum, designed it in a way that wasn't just flat concrete. It's just amazing that the people in charge actually approve things like this and don't see how horrible it looks. There are other windowless corporate buildings that don't look that bad. For instance:
AT&T Building in NYC

Verizon Building in Roanoke, VA

US Bank in Arizona

Let's also not forget that the went in a completely different direction from the original rendering that was a complete glass structure

Why not just make that a freestanding structure pulled away from the stadium and just carry the facade over to the east upper? Then it could be used for elevators etc and u could have walkways from the free standing building to the stadium. Like most parking garages have to main buildings especially in hospitals.

But since this is the visitor's entrance why not have a shot of the stadium from where our team enters the field in the north endzone with "Welcome to Death Valley" somewhere on it.

This really does look bad...maybe if we fuss enough they will do something about it?

It worked for that stupid a*s "Reauxll Tigers" shirt...or whatever the crap it said.

Fix this Alleva!

Isn't that just elevator lobbies for the premium seats? Didn't think it was it was going to house offices all up and down there.

Aren't there screens on the outside of AT&T Stadium?

I think it could look cool if we put something like the OP is talking about up there but as is yeah it's pretty rough.

I would love to see the south facade brought north along the east and west sides.

I'm glad they kept player safety in mind by keeping the glass to a minimum. Looks like garbage though.

Besides the NEZ, the exterior of Tiger Stadium is awful. The West side is an abomination and they did themselves no favors with the new SEZ.

Careful, the lãmo Bicentennial logo stayed up on the VAB at KSC until 1998. Once you paint a public building it can be a PR nightmare to paint over it or change the image.

I'll be happy if they had one uniform color for the SEZ. Its an awful mix of stucco and concrete.
