you're an idiot.

Jarrett Lee's 2011 stats:

104-167
62.3 %
1306 yards
7.8 y/a
14 TD
3 INT
152.0 Rating (best in SEC)

It's been discussed throughout this thread.

Jarrett Lee ran the most dumb downed version of any Les Miles offense in history outside of MAYBE 2014. He only threw about 3 routes. Those deep balls down the sideline after 10 straight runs were his only real ability.

He wasn't as bad as Harris or Jennings, but he wasn't as good as Jefferson or Etling.

I’m still disappointed about Harris. I really expected him to be better.

So, for some reason you want everyone to rank some LSU quarterbacks, yet you don't even rank them yourself?

What a strange thread.

Les Miles couldn't evaluate a QB, that's for sure. Harris was a dual threat QB who never was asked to run. So why not get an accurate strong armed QB like Myles Brennan? Miles was a QB away from being very dominant at LSU. I hope Coach Kelly is smarter in his approach than Les.

That was one thing that always confused me about Miles, he openly stated and praised having a mobile QB, but rarely incorporated anything for a mobile QB. The offense was largely designed for a straight drop back passer, but he consistently recruited and praised dual threats.

5. Jennings (worst QB I have seen at LSU in my lifetime)

Were you alive for the start of the season in 2008 and Andrew Hatch?

Jefferson also won more than Lee.

So were not giving credit for the games that Lee came in to bail JJ out? Nor the fact that at the end of the careers Lee was named as the ESPN all-SEC Sr QB, and was on the practice squad of the Chargers, whereas JJ was asked to play TE?

This isn't a real award.

No, I am not giving Lee points for this.

As someone else posted earlier, Jennings last start was for ULL against ULM, he threw for zero yards and 2 ints.

It’s called an exaggeration and anyone who watched the performance in the 2011 title game and can say that he was a good QB is a moron. It’s literally how he ended his career as a senior after 4 years of development. We had a lot of bad QBs and he is right up there with the bad.Love him I don’t give a shite I can have my opinion that he was trash and it will never change

He tried to do it with JJ but the idiot couldn’t run a zone read or a true option play. I mean he gave the guy over 110 attempts 2 years straight and he couldn’t average 3ypc because he couldn’t read the play correctly.

Does LSU beat Bama in 2011 without JJ? Did you see Lee in that game? It was visibly obvious how scared and shaken he was. At least when JJ sucked, he just sucked, it wasn’t because he was scared.

So Lee bailed out JJ more times or the other way around? Lee bailed out JJ against Troy, JJ bailed out Lee against Alabama.

Do you remember the play of Lee scrambling to his right, and not a defender within 15 yards, he needed one yard, and threw the ball away intentionally. JJ would never have done that. I will take bad over just plain scared any day.

Nobody can honestly answer that. Yea he was bad on a couple plays early in the game but what people never remember is that Miles was already rotating the QBs before the second int which was a no call pass interference. Like I said there’s no way to know for sure but we had a QB throw 3 picks vs bama a couple years earlier and still won plus the defense held them to 6 and JJ only accounted for 2 first downs the entire game. To say we won because of him is a stretch to say the least.
