I think its becoming clear Jefferson, Johns will be arrested for sure and we'll have to see if its simple battery for each or 2nd degree. Still possible several others could be arrested but it looks likely only Davenport and Landry could be proven and identified.

I have a Chevy Silverado. When I put my truck in gear the doors automatically lock. So if the doors are locked how in the hell did someone pull you from the vehicle.
I am not saying that JJ did or did not beat the hell out of a guy but I question how it all got started.

So we get one side of a story and that story includes that the White Male/Victim was outside of his truck and threatening that he had a gun (One month after Mett, Sam., and Ego have a gun pulled on them)before he gets beat up. So shocked that he got his arse beat.

What stikes me is that someone actually got the license plate to "the silver vehicle".
Also, the "victims" weren't there when the cop arrived BUT the cop left and went to Reggies. The cop then went BACK to Shady's and 1 of the "victims" was there???
What the hell is going on???

I guess you missed the part of it being the original report and not the follow up. I'm not taking sides either way, but some of you need to use some level headed, common sense. When a police report is taken at the scene, it is taken from the person or persons present at that time. That's all. Trying to imply bias on the police officer or report or those listed on it is kinda silly. It's just a record of what information that is made available to them, at that time. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not really. I could scream I had a gun all day long but if I produce no weapon...I can't be charged with that. I'm sure you can get charged with something but nobody witnessed the weapon.

She said he threatened it prior to leaving, after being beaten up. That also meshes with what some people heard in the video.
