If the initial report was taken from the hospital, how come the report lists no broken bones in the injuries box. Only minor injuries were checked off.

That report only contains statements from the marine and not from the other 3 victims.

It is legal for Jefferson to have feet too. I don't get your point.
I want this to be over. But if the scenario played out with an altercation in bar, dude talking about getting his perfectly good Legal gun out of truck, then showing up behind players in his truck.....I could at least understand a tiny bit the goofy reaction by the players.

Also why would she be sticking around for an hour after the fight unless she knew or wanted to hook up with one of the victims? I know "civic duty", but at some point dont you just give your name and number to contact for if the cops want a witness?

Not trying to make excuses for the players if they did it but sounds like this isnt a non biased report

Not really. I could scream I had a gun all day long but if I produce no weapon...I can't be charged with that. I'm sure you can get charged with something but nobody witnessed the weapon.

I'm not saying he could be arrested for having a gun, or saying he had a gun. I'm saying that provides a possible motive for the attack. If you're standing next to someone and he yells "I have a gun," you'd probably get a f'n medal for beating him down... again, just a thought

When a police report is taken at the scene, it is taken from the person or persons present at that time.

Also, the "victims" weren't there when the cop arrived BUT the cop left and went to Reggies. The cop then went BACK to Shady's and 1 of the "victims" was there???

What the hell is going on???

"I have a gun in my truck" proclamation. Hmmmm. As he drove away?? Hmmmm I wonder if events leading to the altercation include this statement?

Technically, if someone has a gun or threatens...I avoid them, not chase after them for a beating.

Witness one of the victims threatened the crowd that he had a gun in his truck. Was this before, during or after the fight?

the female "witness" was never observed at the scene by the police and volunteered this information on her own.

He went looking for victims/vehicles matching the descriptions given. He went back to the original scene we he did not find anything at Reggie's.

Stop saying this. It's not what happened, according to that report. Nobody connected to the case has even hinted that the players beat him up b/c he threatened them with a gun.

Yes but if someone comes up to you and says "I got a gun in my pocket and I can pull it out and shoot you" would you

A. Call his bluff

B. Run away from him allowing him to pull out the gun and shoot you

C. Bust that dude in the mouth and get him before he gets you
