witnesses reporting that the "victim" yelling he had a gun could be a game changer. You could say that beating the shite out of him prevented him from shooting someone

Anyone else notice that witnesses and victims indicated that their injuries were not serious to the officer, as well as the officer writing up "SIMP/BATT" (Simple Battery) on the report?

...IN HIS TRUCK...which is perfectly legal. In fact, that could be viewed as self defense as LA has a no retreat law in affect giving the guy the right to shoot someone from within his truck had he felt his life threatened by oncoming attackers.
