Kwon has been tried out at a couple spots, OLB for now.

Feist has been moved inside.

Blue right now is just the best back through fall, but as the RB depth chart says, it's not a rotation/hot hand approach. So depth chart position doesn't matter too much.

Wouldn't expect him to be ready 6 practices in. Would actually be VERY concerned if he passed up Rivers in that time.

No way wright passes up shep IMO.

Sheps poised for a great year per the coaches, and I agree as well, but hes been running behind Landry as our slot receiver. James Wright has been our starting X outside receiver, opposite OBJ

They have been rotating the freshmen there seeing what they bring. What was last said is Louis has a small edge because of getting here last spring.

Well Debos been playing there lately. He started off the first practice in the middle buts been with Welter and opposite Muncie lately with the second unit. Kwon and Lamar Louis have been running behind that group, but Im not sure what side each one has been playing on.

cheif said don't put much into who's playing where with what unit because whoever is the 4th best LB will be the 1st off the bench if someone is injured or needs a blow, regardless if he plays middle or outside

An interesting question Ive heard and been thinking about is what happens if minter gets hurt? Obviously if an outside backer goes down, we have Muncie and an abundance of freshmen who can play. If Minter goes down, does Welter become the every down MLB? someone else? Maybe change what we run a little?--less base, possibly more nickle w/o a mlb...could we get by with say Tahj jones and barrow as the only backers in our nickle D?

Blue is the #1 back right now? Like that if so.
