re: Marco Polo cancelled after two seasons - mule74
if The Crown gets a 2nd season, which I think it will, I assume that is a massive budget as well
I doubt it cost as much as Macro Polo. Those older period pieces like Rome, Deadwood, etc. have HUGE budgets. It's easier to dress people and create sets of semi-modern time periods. ...

re: Sean Hannity From Fox News Went To Spring Break Again (NSFWish) - mule74
they've mowed down a lot of the shite hotels/condos on the beach and rebuilt new stuff.
Fact. PCB is on it's way to being really nice. I think Panama City proper will pick up here in a few years. I'm thinking about buying some crack houses over there now to rent out for a few years...

What other apps/websites do you use do you use? I am over Mint. It is always failing to connect to my accounts. My investment portfolio shows that I am down 30% since August which completely wrong. I don't need anything for monthly budgeting. I just like to be able to get a snapshot of my bank...

re: Scratch golfers - mule74
A lot of people say that they are scratch golfers but that perctage is actually pretty low. Most of the "good" golfers I know are bogey/par kind of players, if they are playing honestly and from the tips. The majority people could only hope to be that good....

re: Jacoby Jones, Remember him? - mule74
Jones was so frustrating to me as a player at LSU because he had so much hype coming in and you could tell how much talent he had. He just never seemed to really max out while he was here....

re: Dems to filibuster Gorsuch - mule74
This is good for the Republicans. Let the Dems waste their energy on this while healthcare and tax reform run through Congress. Gorusch was excellent in his hearings. From what I watched, he literally could not have done any better than he did. Even the MSM coverage of the hearings has acknowledg...

re: Sears, Going Concern, and Changing Rules - mule74
Sears should sell off the entire business except for their standalone appliance showrooms. We bought our house two years ago and we purchased all of our appliances from a Sears showroom. It was by far the best experience of any place to shop and they have excellent products. I was reading that they ...

re: What is your max time you will wait for a table? - mule74
The question is too broad. If it's me and Mrs. Mule out for a fun night we might grab drinks and sit at the bar for an hour. If it's a chain restaurant, I won't wait at all....

re: Plucker's on Bluebonnet Boulevard - mule74
IMHO ... Pluckers is about running into some problems company wide. It took them forever to open one in Houston and everyone was so excited when it happened. Unfortunately the building has deteriorated (standing water in bathrooms), the service is bad and the crowd is generally less than desirable. ...

re: I'm 43 years old and went to my doctor yesterday - mule74
You were about 10 years too early I guess to experience Adde3rall in college. They were like gold. I hardly ever went to class. I would just pop four or five of those over the course of finals/midterms week and I was good to go. I once went through the entire intermediate accounting book in a si...
