bullshite.

It's ducking gross motor skills.

Only thing he can do is bench them.

Maybe you should write a dissertation on catching and produce a video. I know what, how about you coach the team.

Why? Because I'm calling out our coaching staff on not having these highly rated recruits coming out firing on all cylinders? Hell, I'd even be happy for the passing game and WR corps even just showing a pulse.

Tell me, you fricking genius, what's the issue here then?

Edit: Seriously, 17 post of people just calling me stupid with no actual valid argument against why my points are stupid. Get bent, you're just sheep chasing the initial posi-tiger down voters who jock ride this mediocre offensive coaching staff.

Maybe the correction needs to be in coaching them up on catching... you know, like what coaches are fricking suppoed to do?

Default of some is to blame everything on the coaches. All of our receivers "know how to catch a football"! These guys didn't start playing last week. They were recruited by major football powers because they can catch a football. This is mainly on them.

As far as missing some balls behind them or a little high, etc., playmakers catch those and separate themselves from average receivers. Right now our receivers do not even look average.

If they catch a few more balls this game is entirely different, just like Syracuse last week.

Seems to be an odd time to take a shot at the wr position when your team commits penalty after penalty and isn't ready to play. We got a delay of game on a kickoff... I didn't even know that was possible.

Your claim is that they work on running plays and not catching. You admit that you don't know what they do but assume it's the case. Now tell me how you know what the hell you're talking about.

You're right, but I thought OL was supposed to be Miles specialty. Maybe run blocking is his expertise because pass protect is never a strong suit. It's just frustrating to see us struggle to get the ball down field and in the hands of explosive athletes year after year, except of course the Mett/ODB/Jarvis/Hill year but of course our defense was struggled terribly. At least the coaches called more plays down field tonight, things can only get better.

Tim, with all due respect, you don't coach college players in 'how to catch the ball'. You coach 7 to 10 year olds in how to catch a football. Now it's on them as to how much they want to improve their hands in their own free time just catching pass after pass from the jug machine or from who ever will throw them the ball. Kind of late in the season to really improve their hands that much for this season. This should have happened well before now. But it is never really to late to start.

It was a sarcastic tongue-in-cheek comment. The over-exaggeration was for effect. How can you can sit back and look at this undisciplined team, in nearly every aspect of the game thus far, and not question the coaching staff even just a little on what's going on? The real joke isn't my sarcasm flying over your head, the real joke is on your lack of understanding on the real problem on this team.

Coaching is the problem. I seriously get a strong sense of apathy from what I see happening on the field the past few seasons.

I could care less how many yards we have passing. I do care however when we shoot ourselves in the foot game after game and it never gets corrected. How many times are we going to kick the ball out of bounds?

It is called taking responsibility for yourself. The coaches can't make the revievers put in the work or effort. That is a character issue. Point blank: if you alligator arm or five bs effort on a pass on this team your arse needs to ride the pine. If you want to criticize the coaches for one thing it is keeping the backups on the bench when the top 3 are giving you 50% effort.

They had plenty of drops tonight but we just played back to back unranked teams and looked unprepared to play in both games. Heck Syracuse pulled some guy that hasn't played since JV Jr College and he looked more prepared then our QBs. 10 years of bad QB play is getting a little old.
