I’m sure Woodward’s response would be “thank you for the paycheck and 3-hour advertising opportunity”. Probably the best of either LSU could have hoped for at this point.

Talent didn’t keep this game close. You just have missed the first 1.5 quarters of this game. Auburn got points off of busts.
Only people down voting think I’m talking about the QB. Because this board if full of morons. ...

re: Kelly press conference quotes

Daniel’s didn’t play well in the first half. He was run first the whole half. After he settled into the game and start hitting his timing routes you can build tempo. Can’t just make it out of nothing.
The tackling and special teams were crap because this is the first “real” action of the season....

Meh, they would’ve lost 32-49 if they score there.
LSU won by two touchdowns kneeling in the red zone. Clemson wasn’t in this game in the 4th quarter. That’s why their QB looked so sad with 10 left in the game. ...
re: Myles Brennan will be a good QB in Brady’s system.
Posted by inthebr on 1/11/20 at 11:49 pm
The running backs show improvement, the receivers are elite, and Brennan looks like a third year kid whose been developed by competent coaches. Should contend for one of the best offenses in the country.
On defense, the linebackers and D Line mostly come back, Stingley and Stevens return, and loa...

re: Clemson fans point to last years Bama game - Tua
Just attempt to explain how that’s cherry-picking? Yards per attempt/completion are the equalizer in passing stats.
300 yards on 30 attempts > 300 yards on 50 attempts
Do you not agree?
Yards per attempt is a valid metric, but it is one data point.

re: Clemson fans point to last years Bama game - Tua
Posted by inthebr on 1/11/20 at 9:03 am
Beyond the mental part, the key difference between Burrow and the other top-tier quarterbacks is how they do under pressure. No other QB has been as effective under pressure than Joe Burrow. The difference between his performance with a clean pocket and under pressure is minimal, while last year Tua...
