With 10 years of experience for most of us with Miles, we know who he is, so it is just a matter of accepting the good and the not-so-good and to "get what we get and to not throw a fit".

It has been the best 10 years in the history of LSU football.

You are a true fan....why don't you find another team to "support"

We go toe to toe with a team that dominated the decade and you walk out on our team - pathetic

That is the whole issue, you are asking us to accept mediocrity "8-4" with the football talent that the State of Louisiana produces and the following the LSU has within the state. No fricking way I will ever accept that. If Miles doesn't drastically improve next year than he has got to go. If other alumni, fans and students are will to accept "6-2, 5-3 & 4-4" SEC record over these past 3 years that is on them, I am not willing to accept it. Whether the sunshine pumpers understand this or not, that is a decline!

In my opinion if Miles doesn't win the SEC next year or at least get to the SEC Championship game then serious consideration needs to be looked into about retiring him from LSU.

LSU will not win another NC under Miles nor will they even win the SEC. Yup, get used to it.

Well KB , you're going to the shite list as of now. Vegas in all of their knowledge has installed LSU as a 7 point favorite. Just imagine if you were having to pull for a team that is a 7 point dog to gol and company.

We also got absolutely mauled by Miss St, Auburn & got shut out by a winless SEC Ark team.

If it was just a matter of going toe to toe and losing out to the team of the decade like so many people seem to act around here that'd a be one thing.

Unfortunately we're not second to the team of the decade-regardless of how many players we're putting in the NFL. We haven't been since 2011.

We're not even close right now.

That's why we're playing at 2 p.m. tomorrow afternoon.

The quality of our program on the field would suggest we are putting maybe 1 or 2 players a year into the NFL. I have unbuckled a while back, in fact years ago, and I got off the bus then.

Holy shite. We finished #2 out of 126 (2011),#12 out 126 (2012),#14 out of 126, with a chance at finishing top 20 this year.
I hate our ignorant and entitled fan base.

What? Weve finished in the top 15 every single year since 2009. Get a fricking grip.

Well, there you have it. Accepted mediocrity from the pumpers!

Lets see now, there are 5 power conferences, so finishing in 15th means 3rd place in any one of the power conferences. 3RD PLACE. But since everyone accepts the SEC to be the best conference, being 15th means being less than 3rd in conference.

For example, this being the first year of playoff rankings, Mizzou is ranked 16th, which is the 5th ranked SEC team. 5TH!! out of 14.

That's not even top 3rd of the conference

So no, Top 15 means little in todays SEC dominated landscape. Unless you're a Mizzou fan

And LSU is currently ranked right down there with Louisville (just had a coach leave), USC (recently fired their coach), Utah (coach wants out), Boise St (coach recently left), and Minnesota

That's championship football right there, I tell you

I'm super excited for many more 3-4 loss seasons under Leslie.

I am excited about the 2 and fewer loss seasons.. as he has had just as many of those. I am also excited about winning another sec and national championship.. which is another thing Miles has proven he can bring us.

Mauled? A dropped pick 6 away from a win.

Winless Ark peaked at the right time and absolutely smoked a ranked ole miss team with their touted defense.

If you want to trash the team please use facts.

So why should I be excited? This is actually bad news. We will be a middle of the road SEC West team from here until he gets fired.

Will there ever be a point in which you no longer believe he can bring LSU one of those? At what point would that be?

Does Miles' winning pct buy him a lifelong contract? Does that 07 NC give him JoPa status here?
