One of my choices has been mentioned many times already (Shawn Burks) and I was also thinking Roland Barbay.

most won't remember him but Lawrence Williams who played next to Al Richardson at LB carried the nickname among teamates of "blood"

That's who I thought of. And Gabe Northern, who actually was a really nice guy. But on the football field, he was a man possessed.

Art Cantrelle is hands down the meanest Tiger ever. A list without him just doesn't count.

uhhhhh.....wrong. Andolsek and even Shawn Burks/Eric Hill/Steve Rehage/Nicky Hazard/et al can vouch for this.

but, apparently should up on the list.

As I said on the 24th day of the picture thread, Art Cantrelle is pure evil, formed of twisted blue steel and raised in the smoldering fires of HELL.

Art comes to our hunting camp and the first time I met him, I was instantly intimidated and noticed that every single man in the room was overly giddy and scared for his life all at the same time because AC had been drinking for a couple of hours. His hands were rough as cracked concrete and were as strong as a vice. These were grown, successful men in their own right and from the stories they told that night, you could tell that every single man, and even his son, was afraid that Art could snap at any time and none of them could stop the carnage that would then unfold…and Art is, like 50 now.

Never saw him play…but I could only imagine the beast that he was.

I am proud to call Steve Rehage a friend. He was a psycho on the field. For those of you who never saw him play, he would hit you like Laron…but in Hester’s body. He was a Captain on those great LSU teams of the late 80’s. Just a psycho and now a hell’uva business man. For those of you who don’t know…Rehage owns and produces the Voodoo Music Fest in New Orleans.

But in my Opinion, Art would kill Steve and I think Steve would tell you that Art would kill Steve…like, today…in the street…over an disagreement about passing the mustard.

When I was in school, it was James Gilyard. There's a reason they called him "Yard Dog". Undisputed leader of that defense.

Marquise Hill would probably make my list, too. And don't forget Lavalais. He had prison experience.

+1

Game over. He used to get into bar fights, wait for a cop to show up, tell the cop to call for backup while he finished his beer so he could whip both their asses.

I've recollected some of Art Cantrelle's stories and AC<<<<Eric Andolsek.

Big E was somthing not of this world......he was/is the baddest SOB to ever touch that field.
