FSU fan here. Our offense was killer when he was our OC. take away other responsibilities and tie that in to his links to Georgia recruiting. WOW.

He would only be the OC in title only!

Richt said "no doubt" he could coach again, and "being more hands on. I miss coaching quarterbacks, I miss calling plays.”

Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but it sounds like richt' lifelong dream would be to coach qb at Lsu, call plays, and bring a 5 star qb recruit with him, while winning a national championship next year and telling UGA to take a hike.

I would be too afraid he would be our next HC

Me too! But im willing to risk it for a shot at Eason and a competent offense. Maybe even competent play calling. Maybe Tony Ball can recruit him here.

Wow, what an opportunity. GET THAT MAN HERE AS AN OC!! Could bring in a lot of recruits, possibly bring Pruitt along as DC (I am hoping we get him regardless). What are your thoughts?

You're delusional. Why on earth would this incredibly accomplished coach take this step down. He had a long successful career as a head coach of major program. He got fired after a 9-3 season. Surely, there are many programs who would hire him on to run the whole shop.

I mean, it's not gonna happen - but I'd love it.

Bump Steele to LB/ Special Teams coach, fire Peveto, hire Pruitt as DC. Win, Win, Win. Of course I've learned as a tiger fan not to expect such hires to actually happen.

throw a ton of money his way, this would make up for everything.

i have a feeling he would be allowed free reigns. ( i know les is stubborn..) i really believe he's one coach Les would let run the offense. Would want him on the sidelines though. which would further show he is hands on and has the reigns.

Will probably not happen, but I do think Miles and Richt would get along. And, Richt would have the balls to spar with Miles on game plans. He would walk through the door with credibility that even Miles would acknowledge. Richt also likes to build offenses around a big RB.

I could get really excited over this AND so would recruits.

Richt might actually consider it, IF Miles had a want and IF Miles could deal with it
