The vet lot is typically full by this time on a Friday. TD village doesn't open up till 5 pm on Fridays.

No deceit here. It's real, people aren't showing up.

Empty spots also scares the hell out of admin because of the possibility those big spenders may not renew next season.

They will renew, thats not the issue. Some of the RVers especially right across from Tiger Stadium are donors and heard rumors of 100k deducted on automatic withdrawl monthly for donations. That's what will dry up fast if a change is not made.

Alright, well then it must be that many people lost their RV's in the flood.

I'm not trying to defend this team, but LSU fans usually have a better reason if they aren't tailgating than "the team sucks."

I have tailgated there at this corner as recently as last year with my brother's in-laws. I heard from my brother's father-in-law that his tailgate neighbors had their RV's flooded.

So Jacques doucet is trying to trick people on this weekends attendance?

Curious what the rest of campus looks like though.

Miles has personally made LSU not for fun for many people now. It is time.

That isn't TD village and there is no time-stamp on when that photo was taken.

Home opener or not, this is less of an indictment against Les, and more about the opponent and other events/concerns of the general S La populous.

Prediction 85k actual attendance (not paid attendance).

Wow, talk about disheartening, considering it's the first home game. Can't say people are wrong though.

You should also keep in mind that lots of people are loaning out their RV'S to friends and family who's houses were flooded. I live in St. Amant and can tell you there are numerous campers parked in driveways being lived in while houses are being repaired.

And I assume you pay good money for poorly prepared meals or flawed products, I didn't think so.

If this is a statement it is directed at Les and those who have the reins

Big wins help. A win vs Jax St won't provide much relief IMO

Seriously? $8,000,000 each home game? Not doubting just stunned at the figure.

I think the $8 mill figure is a little skewed. Somebody did a master's thesis years ago looking at the economic stimulus for Baton Rouge in day vs night games and quality of opponent.

It is a staggering difference but don't recall the actual numbers off hand
