I hate I'm responding to you...but what do you mean outside of the tourney? You are aware that humans pick the tourney teams, not computers or robots.

Yeah but look at who teams 200-351 are. No way the vast majority of teams could have a tougher schedule given who they are and what conferences they play in...just saying. So in this case I'd agree on our schedule being not very tough compared to most of the teams we are competing against to make the tourney. It's all relative.

I am imagining this thing like the AP Poll. With voters and ballots. I will work on a ballot spreadsheet. You will count the ballots and I can update the site. We just need some more voters.

There is no way the fricking committee members are going to be telling a sportswriter which teams they have in the tournament right now. Hell, they won't even say clearly what their criteria are for deciding. Lunardi and all the others who put out these brackets is simply keeping up with how the teams are doing and making a guess like everybody else.
