Well I guess two others have us at 8 (out of a metric shite ton of projections), but in this as of last night we are a 11 seed on average (the 11 play in game seed).

IF LSU makes the NCAAT, an 8 or 9 seed is the worst thing that can happen. Ugh.

Here is what I will say:
Gray is Gray...he's a full throttle guy with bad decision making. When he can play and a defense doesn't make him think, he's great...he's just an average player.
Hornsby...is who he is. Makes some good shots, not great on D.
Blakeney...Freshman who is starting to ball out of control and always plays hard.
Tim...drops a double double then follows it up with awful performances. No energy, lazy, doesn't care.
So is it guards, or is it TQ? Everyone has seen how Tim plays when he is going good...you have to give him a chance. He also may pout if you sit him. CJJ's in a very tough spot with Tim because Tim has put him there.

Hornsby is the only consistent player at guard. I can't call Tone consistent yet. Not after his start in league play.
It's obvious that the team isn't coached to consistently close out on shooters and hasn't spent enough time practicing free throws.

The analysts were talking about our tournament chances last night. Andy Katz talked directly to the committee chair who said: We certainly take into account when teams did and did not have their full roster. But also, every game matters.
To me that means they will give us some leeway, but not a ton.

I know for a FACT they practice free throws at every practice. They can't spend an hour daily shooting FT's

You should delete any reference to it and have a list of last 4, 8 out and put LSU on it.

I think so. A committee would be stupid to not place a regular season power 5 conference winner or runner-up not in the field. But LSU's non-conference performance was so awful, that I think we have to finish top 3 or so get the benefit of the doubt. It's easy to leave a 4th place finisher with a poor OOC record out of the tournament.
I think a run to the SEC tournament finals would be needed if LSU doesn't finish top 3.

I am researching this and it is SUPER easy to get on bracket matrix. I just have to clean mine up some and get on there. I am going to make this happen.
